Terms and Conditions
Gospel & Grace (community) and Sarah Sillers, Chaplain & Pastoral Care (paid services)
Effective: September 21, 2026
1. Agreement
Joining the Facebook group, booking, paying, or attending means you accept these Terms. Paid offerings are also governed by the Sarah Sillers Pastoral Care Agreement accepted at checkout. If a paid rule differs, the Pastoral Care Agreement controls that purchase.
2. Parties
Gospel & Grace is the community. Contracts and payments are with Sarah Sillers, Chaplain & Pastoral Care, PO Box 32638, Knoxville, TN 37930, coach@sarahsillers.com.
3. Who it’s for
Adults 18+. Christian women’s community and pastoral care. You do not have to belong to a particular church. Services may be in Knoxville or nationwide by phone or video.
4. What we offer
Community gatherings; workshops; group pastoral care / group coaching; private pastoral care; events and mixers. Focus may include relationships, confidence, life transitions, career, family, divorce, and grief.
This is chaplaincy, pastoral care, and education—not licensed counseling, psychotherapy, medical, legal, or financial services. Sarah does not diagnose or treat conditions. Seek licensed care when you need it.
5. Conduct
Respect others. Keep others’ stories in the room. No harassment, solicitation, or conduct that harms the community. We may remove someone from a group or event. Removal for conduct does not create a refund except as in §8.
6. Booking
Appointments are confirmed on the calendar. In-person meetings use the listed Knoxville-area location unless we agree otherwise. Nationwide sessions use phone or video. More than 15 minutes late may shorten or forfeit the time.
7. Cancellation and rescheduling
For 1:1 pastoral care, group coaching, and workshops: cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ written notice to coach@sarahsillers.com. With that notice, we will reschedule.
Less than 48 hours, or a no-show: the session or seat is used. No refund.
Free fit calls: same 48-hour notice to reschedule.
8. Payments and refunds
Fees are due in advance as stated at checkout.
No refunds, including non-attendance, dissatisfaction, or early withdrawal.
Exception: a refund may be granted only in dire circumstances (for example, death of the client or an immediate family member), with documentation, at Sarah’s discretion, and where Tennessee law requires it.
If Sarah cancels, you receive a reschedule or a refund of that offering.
9. Confidentiality
Same as the Privacy Policy and Pastoral Care Agreement.
10. Intellectual property
Materials remain Sarah Sillers’ / Gospel & Grace’s. Personal notes for your own use are fine.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by Tennessee law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability for a paid offering is limited to the amount you paid for that offering.
12. Law
Tennessee law. Exclusive venue: Knox County, Tennessee, including for clients served nationwide.
