Who we are
Sarah Sillers, Chaplain & Pastoral Care, PO Box 32638, Knoxville, TN 37930, coach@sarahsillers.com. Gospel & Grace is the women’s community Sarah leads. Payments and care contracts are with Sarah Sillers.
Where we work
Based in Knoxville. Pastoral care, coaching, workshops, and community may be offered in person or nationwide (phone or video).
What we collect
Name, email, phone, messages, booking details, payment records (processed by Square, PayPal, or similar—we do not store full card numbers), Facebook information visible in the group, optional intake notes, and photos from announced public events.
We serve adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
How we use it
To schedule and deliver pastoral care, groups, workshops, and Gospel & Grace gatherings; to process payment; to send updates you asked for; to keep required records; to keep the community safe.
We do not sell your information.
Confidentiality
Private pastoral care is confidential, except when the law requires disclosure, there is imminent harm, or abuse is suspected.
Groups, workshops, events, mixers, and the Facebook group are shared spaces. Members are asked not to repeat stories; that cannot be guaranteed.
Stories and photos
Public-event photos may be used for Gospel & Grace unless you ask out before the event.
Private session content is not used in videos, podcasts, or marketing unless you opt in. De-identified teaching examples may be used unless you email coach@sarahsillers.com and opt out.
Processors
Google (Calendar, email, Forms), Meta/Facebook, and the payment processor. Each has its own policy.
Retention
Community and payment records as needed for ministry, tax, and law. Pastoral notes only as long as needed for care.
Your choices
Email coach@sarahsillers.com to update details, leave the list, or ask what we hold. Facebook settings are also in your Facebook account.

Tennessee law. Venue: Knox County, Tennessee.
